The Nationwide Community Learning Partnership Charity Organisation.


NCLP - The Nationwide Community Learning Partnership has created and developed two accredited training programmes for delivery to young parents and parents to be. These programmes are recognised at government level and by the National Learning and Skills Council as best practice in skills and education for these two important groups in our society. Both programmes are accredited by the Awarding Body NCFE.

The Life Skills Training Programmes have been developed in partnership with young people, parents and parents-to-be as well as professionals from Statutory, Voluntary and Training organisations. The programmes are designed to encourage young people back into education and work raising expectations and highlighting new and different opportunities. The programmes all have the same core of being user friendly for learners with high quality ongoing support for trainers.

NCLP specialise in the development

with Prospects which are accredited by NCFE
the Awarding Body.

Find out more		 NCLP works closely with the assessors of all the partner training providers to ensure the highest standards of assessment. Guidance and support is provided to all assessors so that excellent assessment practice is shared and maintained.

NCFE Certificate in Developing Skills in Effective Parenting
is our programme for young parents. The award is accredited at Entry Level 3, Level 1 & Level 2 by NCFE and the specifications can be downloaded from the NCFE web site.
